big patch update!

patch notes:

-controller mode skin select now controlled with right joystick

-controller mode win screen now defaulted to next level

-fixed outstanding bug from 1.0.0 - 1.1.0

-level 4 checkpoint now saves when going to play other levels

-world beaten screen at end of level 4 in prep for 1.2.0

-resets coins and diamonds on controller mode lose screen

-can no longer press exit button or escape while in air
